Overview
I like mushrooms. King oyster mushroom is my favorite among mushrooms. It has rich meat, crisp and tender texture like abalone, and has a unique almond aroma. I'll put some fish seasoning today and see if I can eat fish. O(∩_∩)O~!

Wash and slice the king oyster mushrooms. Don't cut it too thin, just 0.3-0.5cm. Soak the vegetables in salt water, wash and set aside.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt, drizzle some sesame oil, then put the vegetables in, blanch until cooked, take them out and put them on a plate. Drizzling sesame oil can make the green vegetables bright in color and not taste too bland.

Heat the oil pan, the oil temperature is 5, add the king oyster mushrooms into the pan and stir-fry.

When both sides of the king oyster mushroom turn slightly yellow, add steamed fish soy sauce and light soy sauce to taste. When the pot is boiling, add some chicken essence, pour in a thin layer of water starch, and stir evenly.
