Blueberry Sweet Potato Mashed
Overview
This time, the blueberries were a bit sour, so I made them into paste, and added sugar and osmanthus to neutralize the sourness. The sourness and sweetness were just right. I didn’t have yam at home, so I made this dessert with sweet potatoes. Although it doesn’t look as good as mashed yam, it’s still delicious.

Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and steam them in a steamer. Wash blueberries.

Peel and sift steamed sweet potatoes. Make a fine mashed potato.

Use a food processor or a spoon to crush the blueberries as finely as you like. Add osmanthus sauce and stir evenly.

Place the mashed potatoes on a plate and shape. I spread it with a spoon.
