Prepare the ingredients and scald the container containing the yogurt with boiling water to sterilize it.

Pour half of a carton of milk into a basin, add an appropriate amount of sugar and heat it to dissolve the sugar in the milk. Set it aside for later use.

Pour the remaining half of the box of milk into the fermented yogurt container, add half a pack (0.5g) of Lactobacillus chuanxiu and stir evenly.

Pour in the pure milk with sugar before adding it and mix well.

Close the lid and plug it in. Wait. . . . . . Eight to twelve hours will do. I usually do it at nine o'clock in the evening and it's ready around seven o'clock the next morning.

The finished product is so smooth.

Put it in a yogurt cup, put it in the refrigerator, and eat it whenever you want. Add some nuts and mix with it to make it more delicious.
