Lay out oil paper and boil a pot of warm water, the water temperature is about 40 degrees

Put one whole egg, three egg yolks, sugar, and honey in a large bowl. I put 15 grams of sugar, but 15 grams of honey still feels a little sweet. Everyone can adjust it themselves.
