Spicy radish slices
Overview
For those who have traveled to Xi'an, many people will go to Huimin Street to eat mutton steamed buns, whether it is Lao Mi's or Lao Sun's. In addition to the must-have chili sauce and sugared garlic, spicy radish slices are a must-order cold dish for most diners to eat mutton steamed buns. The spicy radish slices look bright red, but they are not too spicy to taste. After discussing it with a good friend, I found that it tastes really good when marinated with Laoganma oil and spicy seeds. Even our picky boss was stunned when he ate it and realized it was made by a girl!
