Wash the green beans and remove the heads and tails.

Cut into thin strips.

Chop the garlic.

Add an appropriate amount of water, oil, salt and baking soda to the pot and bring to a boil. Add in the green beans and cook until cool.

Heat the pan, add oil and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the green beans and stir-fry, adjust the seasoning, thicken the gravy and pour in sesame oil and serve.
