Overview

Only 7 taels of jam can be produced from 1 pound of blueberries, which is the best companion for heavy cheesecake~ It can also be used to make blueberry pie and blueberry popsicle~

  1. Pour the blueberries into a non-stick pan (I use the non-stick inner pot of a rice cooker), add lemon juice and sugar, and mix well.

  2. Stir while cooking to prevent sticking to the bottom, and try not to crush the blueberries.

  3. After the high heat boils, turn to low heat and cook until the blueberry juice "sticks". Turn off the heat and it will thicken slightly when it cools down.

  4. 500g of blueberries produces 6-7 taels of jam. After cooling, put it in a sterilized container and store it in the refrigerator for 1 month.
