You can’t stop eating the sweet and refreshing day lily soup. Take advantage of the season and eat more of it. It’s definitely much more delicious than the dry and bitter day lily soup.

Fresh daylily,

Along the tail, gently open it and take out the core inside,

Pull it out slowly and you can pull it all out,

Boil the water,

Add day lily, add a little salt,

Let it cook for about two minutes. Just drizzle a little olive oil before putting it in the pot. Salad oil can also be used if you don’t have olive oil.
