Prepare main ingredients. I fermented the dough yesterday and put it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.

Add a small amount of water to the cake base, knead it until soft, spread it on a plate, and make little holes with a fork.

Place the cake bottom in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes.

Take it out and add the first layer of cheese and half of the banana.

Add another layer of cheese and remaining bananas.

Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 13 minutes.
