Rock sugar pear juice

There was a heavy smog, so I made some pear soup to clear my lungs

Steps

1. 1 Fresh Sydney 700g

   

2. 2 Peel off the skin, remove the core, and cut into small pieces. Boil it in a soup pot with about 3 bowls of water

   

3. 3 Boil the pears until they lose their flavor, take them out and throw them away

   

4. 4 , add rock sugar and cook until the pear soup melts
