Flying cake version of banana pie
Overview
I have a lot of free time during the New Year's Day holiday. I still have a few pieces of the flying cake crust I bought last time. I was thinking about using them quickly, so I searched online for recipes and decided to make a banana pie. If I don't want to fold the quilt, I will use the flying cake crust to make it. It is simple, delicious and beautiful. Both adults and children like it. I made two types, one with salty pastry and one with sweet pastry, both taste great.

Put the cheese in the bottom of the bowl

Spread diced bananas and top with cheese

Put it in the microwave on high heat for one minute, then mix well

Make the flying cake into a square

Add the mixed cheese and banana dices

Cover with another piece and make a few slits

Place in baking pan
