Prepare the main ingredients. Steam the purple sweet potato and pumpkin with the skin on. Steaming with the skin on is especially easy to mash, but the purple sweet potato takes longer to steam. I steamed it last night, so I didn’t take any pictures. These are two bowls of ingredients prepared with a spoon. No water is needed. If you like sweets, you can add some sugar. Prepare glutinous rice flour next to it. For me, two bowls of half a pound of rice flour are about the same. Anyway, one pound is enough~

Then add glutinous rice flour little by little until it is no longer sticky, and knead it into a dough. Then do the same with the pumpkin dough. These are the two dough balls~

Then just put in your favorite fillings. If you have enough time, just like me, first knead the dough into small balls, and then place them one by one. If you are in a hurry, just grab a piece of dough and rub it until it sinks. I used bagged red bean paste bought in the supermarket, and broke the leftover chocolate into small pieces. I added a few raisins when I saw them. Anyway, you can put whatever you like at home.
