Lemon Curd Strawberry Tart
Overview
These ingredients are left over from the previous baking. There is lemon curd, and some of the lemon tart peel was broken. It doesn’t look pretty, but it tastes great. I broke it up and used it. When making croissants and egg tarts, there are many ways to fold the pastry and freeze it in pieces. Therefore, this snack is not troublesome or time-consuming at all! 😍

Spread a layer of lemon curd and sprinkle with tart crust crumbs.
