Fried King Oyster Mushroom

Overview

The taste is great. I have eaten two or three king oyster mushrooms every day for the past two days. When my grandma watches TV Landlord, I will make a plate of pan-fried king oyster mushrooms sliced horizontally. My grandma loves the original flavor, and so does the man, but he likes the black pepper version best~
