First soak the lemons in honey a few hours in advance to make them sweet.

Prepare a well-shaped potato.

Place a pair of chopsticks on both sides and cut into slices vertically. This way it won't cut off.

Cut a slit in the middle of the lemon and insert half of the lemon into the potato slices.

Sprinkle some salt into the cracks and oil them with a brush.

Preheat the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes. Observe and cover with tin foil in the middle.
