Shredded Pork with Dried Pickled Vegetables

Prepared ingredients.

The ingredients and condiments are cut and ready for use.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add a pinch of salt, fry the dried seeds and remove.

Leave oil at the bottom of the pot and sauté the condiments and chili shreds until fragrant.

Pour in the fried dried seeds and stir-fry.

Add the shredded pork that was fried in advance.

Boil a little water (I like dishes with a bit of soup)

Pour in the mustard that has been soaked and washed in advance and stir-fry.

Just season with light soy sauce before serving.
