Bayberry ice cream
Overview
Around the Dragon Boat Festival is the season for picking bayberries. Each bayberry is purple and round. When you take a bite, the juice will splash everywhere. Eat a few more and your teeth will feel soft when biting into tofu. It's better to use it to make jam, which can be eaten with bread, yogurt, or made into ice cream!
