One egg, one ham and one toothpick

After taking apart the ham sausage, leave two finger widths on the top and cut the bottom part in half

Fold the cut ham sausage into a heart shape (the upper part is in the circle) and fix it at the bottom with a toothpick

Heat a pan, add the same amount of oil as you normally would for frying poached eggs, put the ham in, and turn to low heat

Crack the eggs, open them and put them into the ham sausage. Sprinkle a little salt on top. The ham sausage is salty and you don’t need any salt. You can add a little cumin if you like it! Wait for the eggs to solidify slightly

This is what the eggs look like when they are solidified and turned over. If the egg is very salty, you can put salt on both sides. I made it for my baby with less salt on one side.
