Cut the pork into pieces and marinate it with dark soy sauce, salt and sugar for one day

Coat the marinated meat pieces one by one with slag powder

Coat it with slag powder and lay it out. Let it dry in the sun for a long time. It will feel hard and dry.

The dried meat is steamed in a basket. The remaining meat is placed in the freezer and steamed as needed
