Overview
A colleague sent her stuffed fish balls that she bought on a business trip from Fujian. Out of gratitude, I made this dish to treat her. It tastes really good and is suitable for the elderly and children~

Wash and cut the stuffed fish balls in half and set aside.

Wash the jade melon, cut it in half, and then cut it into 2 cm thick pieces

Remove garlic cloves and slice into slices for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, sauté the garlic slices until fragrant, then add the jade melon and stir-fry.

Then pour the stuffed fish balls, add salt and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, pour in appropriate amount of water, turn to medium heat and simmer.

About 8 minutes, the soup will be almost dry and the jade melon will become soft.
