Prepare flour

After the tofu machine produces pulp, pour out very fine bean dregs and pour it onto the prepared flour while it is still hot

Mix the bean dregs and flour evenly

Then make it into dough (put it in a warm place to rise. I usually make the dough when making tofu the first night, and make steamed buns the next morning)

If you want to make the steamed buns taste better, you can add some more flour, knead them into steamed buns and let them rise again. (If you don’t have a proofing box, you can heat the water in the steamer first, then turn off the heat and add the steamed buns to proof for 20-30 minutes)
