Overview
Every Chinese New Year is a messy and greasy meal, so yogurt and fruit cups are a great after-dinner snack. It helps digestion and relieve greasiness. It is combined with my favorite prebiotics to regulate the intestinal tract and is very healthy.

Cut the mango into small pieces.
