Prepare the egg tart molds, and place 12 on the baking sheet.

Wrap each tart mold with tin foil.

Add 100ml pure milk, 200ml fresh cream, 35g powdered sugar and 10g corn starch to 3 egg yolks. Stir evenly to make the egg tart liquid.

Pour in the egg tart liquid and preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Set the oven to 180 degrees, place a baking sheet on the middle shelf, and bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, the egg tart comes out of the oven and is overflowing with milky aroma.
