  1. Soak kumquats in salt water for 2 hours

  2. Pat the kumquats with a flower knife, press them, apply powder made from rock sugar, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours

  3. Boil water in a pot, add rock sugar, add pickled kumquats after it melts, and continue cooking until it becomes thick in the pot

  4. Put the lemon slices into the bottom of the box, then pour in the cooked kumquats
