Homemade chili noodles

Overview

For my family and I who love chili, chili noodles are one of the essential ingredients at home. Whether it is stir-fry or cold salad, especially when making spicy red oil, it is an indispensable main ingredient. Many people think that the hotter the chili pepper, the better, but this is not the case. Chili peppers are not only spicy, but more importantly, they are fragrant. So how can you make spicy and fragrant chili noodles? The method is very simple, one is frying, and the other is grinding. After the chili peppers are fried, they become dry and crispy, and then they are broken into pieces to allow the aroma to come out. Once ready, store it in an airtight jar (preferably refrigerated) and take it as you go.
