Pour in pure milk (I chose bagged milk)

Add bacteria powder

Add powdered sugar (a small amount) and mix thoroughly

Pour in the remaining milk and continue to stir evenly

Put it in the yogurt machine and turn it on, 6-8 hours in summer is enough (usually 10-12 hours in winter)

After fermentation is completed, put it in the refrigerator to passivate for a better taste. It is more convenient to put it in yogurt bottles and eat it
