Cut the meat into strips.

Wash the green beans and tear them into 4,5 cm long pieces.

Add the bacon to the pot again and stir-fry. Add sugar. Since we in Jiangsu and Zhejiang are fond of sweetness, you can choose not to add it in other areas. Then add salt. Since bacon is inherently salty, add less or even none.
