Wash and crush the malt, or crush it directly with a wall breaker

Crack the malt and mix well with the cooked glutinous rice, and ferment for 3 hours. Use a filter bag to squeeze out the fermented glutinous rice malt soup, pour it into a large pot and start boiling. This step will take four or five hours, so be patient. When the water is almost evaporated, you need to change to a low heat. Keep it until it is thick, and you can beat it into a hanging flag
