Stir-fried purple cabbage with garlic
Overview
It's spring, and the purple-backed cabbage is also tender. This vegetable doesn't seem to be specially planted. There is a tree growing in the corner of the field, and you can pick it by watering it when you pour the vegetables.

Wash the purple-backed vegetables, and remember to remove the old stems when washing. Purple-backed cabbage is like this, with green leaves and purple undersides, and it lives up to its name.

Prepare some garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

When about five times done, add salt and continue frying.

Fry until all changes color.

After frying, there will be no color and it will all turn green. Only the juice and garlic are purple.
