  2. Mix 250g of cocoa liquor and 100g of cocoa butter into a water-free and oil-free container. Dissolve in hot water of 75 degrees Celsius, stirring constantly while using water.

  4. After everything is dissolved, add 10g of sifted cocoa powder and 5ml of rum and stir evenly. At this time, the chocolate temperature is around 27 degrees.
