Lunch for one person, my weight loss meal. Sometimes I think that it is a sin to make a weight loss meal so delicious. The more I eat, the more I have an appetite. How can I lose weight! It’s still the old cucumber sent by my husband’s classmate, and I will continue to eliminate it.

Peel old cucumbers.

Remove the flesh and cut into oblique pieces slightly thicker than chopsticks.

Add salt to remove the moisture.

Rinse the pickled cucumber strips with water until the saltiness is almost gone. Squeeze out the water and add the coriander segments.
