Have materials ready. The main reason is that I just bought a dozen yogurt cups online. They look very beautiful, so I use them to hold stewed eggs and use the same bowls.

Pour half of 250ML pure milk into a small basin and add sugar, and keep the other half for later use. The amount of sugar depends on everyone's taste. If you like it sweeter, add more. But I like it lighter and add less.

Put it on the stove to let the sugar fully dissolve. Don't use too much heat. I put granulated sugar. If it's a little warm, the sugar can be dissolved in the milk. Set aside for later use

Use another bowl to beat the eggs, then pour in the remaining half of the carton of milk and mix well

Pour the milk with added sugar into it and continue to mix evenly.

Use a mesh to pass through the residue two to three times to make the eggs smoother.

Pour yogurt into a cup and wrap with plastic wrap.

After the water boils, put it inside and steam it over low heat for ten minutes. Turn off the heat. Don't open the lid yet. Let the hot water inside soak for about ten minutes before opening it.

The finished product is very smooth and tender! You can eat it hot, cover it and refrigerate it, or you can eat it cold! !
