Put the rice cake into the pot and cook until it boils for about two minutes. Take it out. During the cooking process, be sure to stir constantly, otherwise the rice cake will burn to the bottom.

Pour the cooked rice cakes into cold water.

Cut shiitake mushrooms and onions into shreds. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded onions and diced shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add rice cake.

Add 1 tablespoon of hot sauce and stir evenly so that each rice cake is coated with the hot sauce.
