Cut both ends of the edamame to facilitate the flavor, put a small spoonful of salt in water, rinse well and set aside.

Add water and salt to the pot. When the water comes to a boil, add the edamame and some oil and cook for 5 minutes. Don't cook it too much.

Drain from cold water and put in a plate.

Cut the garlic into minced garlic, place it on the edamame, and pour light soy sauce (steamed fish soy sauce) into it.

Heat oil in a pan until it starts to smoke.

Pour the hot oil over the minced garlic and stir evenly. Taste if it is not salty and then add some salt and you are ready to eat.
