Sichuan’s unique geographical environment and humid climate conditions have created Sichuan people’s preference for spicy food. Mapo Tofu, a representative dish of Sichuan cuisine, is famous for its spicy taste. Today, I will try making it to share it with the foodies.

Cut the tofu into one-size cubes

Cut the ginger and garlic into rice. Chop the garlic sprouts into fine pieces, chop the green onions, and set aside.

Pour 100 grams of rapeseed oil into the wok, heat the oil to 7 minutes, drain the meat before adding it to the pan, add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and stir-fry the bean paste. After the aroma comes out, add 500 grams of stock (or water), add tofu and cook for ten minutes.

Pour in the water soybean flour and collect the bright oil. When serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion and peppercorns.
