Pork slices with potatoes and green peppers
Overview
I have loved studying food since I was a child. I have been paying attention to the world of food for a long time and have never had time to post a recipe. This dish is also fried for the children at noon on Sundays. I will post a picture today when I have time. Our family likes spicy food, so almost every dish is indispensable with chili. It’s easy to get angry in spring, so I suggest you eat less chili pepper

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare two peeled potatoes
-
Slice the potatoes
-
Lean pork slices
-
Prepare scallions, garlic and ginger and set aside
-
Green pepper slices
-
Prepare a clean wok and wait until it is hot. Add the oil. I used rapeseed oil, which is the oil used for deep-frying rapeseed grown by my mother. Although rapeseed oil has a lot of fumes, the fried vegetables are delicious. It is better than the salad oil and peanut oil sold in the market
-
When the oil is hot, add the prepared onions, ginger, garlic and dry red pepper and stir-fry over high heat
-
When the onions, ginger and garlic change color, add the chopped lean pork
-
Stir-fry quickly over high heat
-
Fry until it changes color and turns white, about 70% done
-
Add the sliced potatoes and stir-fry continuously
-
When the potato slices change color slightly, add the chopped green pepper and continue to stir-fry
-
Stir-fry until the green pepper turns darker. Add salt and cooking seasoning. I used Nande
-
Once the salt and seasonings are evenly stir-fried, turn off the heat and serve
