Pickled plum fruit
Overview
In our great Guangxi, there are all kinds of sour vegetables. All kinds of vegetables, leaves, stems and fruits can be pickled. However, fruits can be added with spicy, salty and sweet seasonings to form a unique fruit sour taste, and the taste is not fake. Once again, I have to admire the innovation and love of food in Guangxi. Hahaha~~

Prepare the ingredients in the picture. I like spicy food, so I added millet chili. If you don’t like spicy food, you don’t need to add it. It would be better to have fine chili powder with salt, but I only have thicker ones at home

Wash the Sanhua plums, place them on the cutting board and crack them with a knife. (Same as cucumber shooting method)

Take the Sanhua plums and put them into a bowl

Add salt and sugar, paprika

Stir evenly and marinate for 10 minutes. A lot of water will come out after marinating, and it will taste better when dipped in it
