Steps
-
Ingredients: coral candy, glutinous rice paper.
-
First cut the glutinous rice paper and set aside (be sure to cut it slowly, because it is made of glutinous rice flour and is very brittle. If you are not careful, it will be cut).
-
Apply a layer of vegetable oil on the mold (usually white oil, but white oil is not good for the body, so I use vegetable oil).
-
Put the coral sugar into a non-stick pan, add 10 ml of water and cook (the ratio of coral sugar to water is 10:1).
-
Turn off the heat when it reaches about 160 degrees.
-
There are many small bubbles in the melted coral candy.
-
Let it sit for a few minutes until all bubbles disappear.
-
Pour the defoamed coral candy into the mold 10 minutes full.
-
After 5 minutes, place the cut glutinous rice paper with the pattern facing the sugar (when placing the candy paper, be sure to remember the up and down direction of the pattern, don't reverse it).
-
After an hour, gently remove the sugar and place it on a plate for later use (remember to push it out gently when taking the sugar, do not dig it out).
-
Heat the coral candy again to about 160 degrees.
-
Let stand to defoam.
-
All bubbles are eliminated.
-
Place the lollipop stick, pour in the defoamed coral sugar, and turn the stick in a circle to ensure that the front end of the stick is covered with sugar.
-
After 5 minutes, add the sugar you made previously.
-
You can take it off gently after an hour. Be sure to be gentle when taking out the sugar.
-
Take out the lollipop and rinse it gently with warm water of about 30 degrees to make the surface of the lollipop smoother.
-
Looks good...
