Summer Berry Yogurt Smoothie
Overview
If you want to eat homemade yogurt, well-made yogurt, topped with honey or jam, is a breakfast meal that the French love. I like to mix yogurt and frozen fruit into a refreshing berry yogurt smoothie on a hot summer day. Rather than letting my children drink ice drinks made with unknown additives, I would rather make natural and healthy drinks for my family to enjoy.

Steps
-
First heat the fresh milk to 95 degrees (bubbly but not yet boiling), then cool it to 40-50 degrees, add yogurt (I buy the original flavor), stir evenly, put it into a glass container and close the lid
-
Put it into an electric pot that is kept warm (I will dry the pot first and press the power button, then pop it up and put a plate on the bottom of the pot. Do not let the container of yogurt directly touch the bottom). Cover the pot and let it sit for 6-8 hours to complete the homemade yogurt.
-
Take out the kept yogurt (the longer it is, the more acidic it will be), scoop out about 240g and put it into the juice machine
-
Then put the frozen fruits and appropriate amount of honey into the juicer, and use the smoothie function to blend all the ingredients
-
Pour out the berry yogurt smoothie, sprinkle with an appropriate amount of crushed corn chips, garnish with strawberries or blueberries, and enjoy.
