Pigeon and winter melon soup
Overview
I didn't finish the pigeon soup stewed with longan and American ginseng. There was a lot of fat in the remaining soup. I used a spoon to skim off the fat and pour it out, but it couldn't be skimmed off. Just get a piece of winter melon and make winter melon soup.
