Pigeon and winter melon soup

Overview

I didn't finish the pigeon soup stewed with longan and American ginseng. There was a lot of fat in the remaining soup. I used a spoon to skim off the fat and pour it out, but it couldn't be skimmed off. Just get a piece of winter melon and make winter melon soup.

2. 2 Leftover soup.

   

3. 3 Skim off fat.

   

4. 4 Peel and wash the winter melon.

   

5. 5 Slice and put in pigeon soup.

   

6. 6 When cooked, you can add a little salt or not.

   

7. 7 Finished product.
