Set aside two pieces of toast.

Cut the apple in half and cut one half into dices.

Peel the walnut shells, remove the flesh, and break some into small pieces.

Add an appropriate amount of olive oil to a non-stick pan and heat it over low heat. Pour in the apple cubes and sugar. Fry out the water and cover the pan until the water is slightly reduced. Add the walnut meat until the water is completely dry. Sprinkle in the fried black sesame seeds and remove from the pan. Add additional olive oil to a non-stick pan, add toast, fry one side until golden brown, turn over, top with fried apple and walnut pieces, fry the other side until golden brown, turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
