Overview
Wuchang Daohuaxiang not only has good rice, but also special rice porridge. This is the first time I have seen it. The porridge cooked with porridge rice is particularly thick and fragrant, and surprisingly delicious! I usually add some glutinous rice to the porridge to increase the consistency, but this time I only used a little porridge rice and the effect was particularly good. Adding some pumpkin made it even more nutritious.
