Creamy Fruit Pizza
Overview
When a steamed bun meets the right ingredients, it will produce different delicacies. Today I am making this simple family version of pizza. I just use the leftover tart liquid from the egg tarts at home, and pair it with a steamed bun. The baked pizza has the faint milky aroma of egg tarts, and when paired with your favorite fruits, it is so delicious when baked.

Have backup ingredients ready.

Remove the loose skin from the steamed buns and cut into cubes.

Dice the dragon fruit and wash and dice the cherry tomatoes.

First spread a layer of steamed buns on the baking sheet, then place the cherry tomatoes.

Add diced dragon fruit (you can add your favorite fruit).

Pour a layer of Qigeta liquid.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Take it out after baking, and add tomato sauce or salad dressing according to taste.
