Prepare glutinous rice flour and put it in a basin.

Add water and knead into a ball. (Add water little by little)

Prepare a flat-bottomed plate and brush it with cooking oil. Press the kneaded dough into a cake, put it on a plate, and steam it for 20 minutes

After steaming, let cool

Spread more cooked bean noodles on the board

Roll the cooled glutinous rice noodles into a rectangular pancake and spread a layer of red bean paste on top

Roll it up from bottom to top
