Pour the milk into the pot.

Bring to a gentle boil and pour into a plate.

Take the egg white from the duck egg.

Add sugar and stir.

When the milk is cold, carefully pour it into the plate containing the egg whites after the first layer of skin appears.

Stir vigorously.

Wait until the bubbles disappear.

Return to the plate

Add water to the pot and set aside for steaming.

Cover with plastic wrap or something.
