West Toast
Overview
Western toast is one of the common snacks in Hong Kong-style tea restaurants because it is simple to make. The outer layer of toast and soft ham are added with smooth cheese, and paired with a cup of smooth milk tea or coffee, it is a good breakfast.

Steps
-
Beat the eggs into a large bowl.
-
Cut off all sides of the toast. (I baked the toast myself, you can also buy it ready-made, or you don’t have to remove the sides)
-
Take out a piece of toast and put the ham on it. (I took it out of the refrigerator, so I fried it for a while.)
-
Just put the cheese slices on top and another piece of toast on top.
-
Integrate the four sides slightly, put it on a plate and dip it in egg liquid.
-
Heat a pan, add a little oil (you can also put butter), and fry over low heat until one side is golden brown.
-
Flip and fry the other side until golden brown.
-
Once cool, cut into triangles.
