Brown Sugar Oreo Ice Cream
Overview
I made matcha ice cream a few days ago, and there was a lot of whipped cream left. After thinking about it for a long time, I didn’t know what to make, so I decided to make ice cream. I didn’t have cocoa powder or other flavor additives at home, so I bought a box of Oreos to make Oreo flavor. Because I prefer the flavor of brown sugar, I decided to use brown sugar instead of white sugar to make ice cream.

Steps
-
Use a food processor to break the Oreo cookies into small pieces. It doesn't have to be particularly uniform. Leave some large pieces of cookies to make them taste more layered.
-
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites, add 20 grams of brown sugar to the egg yolks
-
Heat the egg yolk and brown sugar mixture over water, and beat the mixture while heating until the liquid becomes lighter in color and larger in volume.
-
Add 40 grams of brown sugar to the refrigerated whipping cream, stir evenly, and set aside.
-
Beat with an electric mixer until eighty or nine times fluffy.
-
Pour the egg yolk mixture into the whipped brown sugar cream and mix evenly with a spatula.
-
Add chopped Oreos and mix well
-
Pour the mixture into the container, shake off the big bubbles, cover it, put it in the freezer, and freeze it for more than 5 hours.
