Fried chicken legs
Overview
Every time I go to RT-Mart, I buy some and put them in the refrigerator. My daughter likes to eat them. The potato-roasted chicken legs are also delicious. Additional pictures next time

After the wings are thawed, make a few more cuts.

Add half a package of marinade, add some water, mix well and let it sit for half an hour (this marinade is sold in supermarkets and comes with more than two pieces per package)

Add some soy sauce for color and some salt. Marinate for half an hour. Or you can marinate more at one time and freeze it in the refrigerator. You can also defrost it and fry it directly next time.

Wrap the chicken legs in bread crumbs (I made my own bread crumbs. It’s better to do it on a sunny day. Just take the bread and peel off the skin, tear it into small pieces and dry it in the sun, and then rub it into powder)

Put enough oil in the pot to cover the chicken legs and let it bubble

It’s time to cook

Remember to turn it over. Use a spatula to press the meat until it's done

It’s out of the pot! It smells delicious. Sprinkle a little more cumin powder and chili powder and you’re ready to eat
