  1. Prepare the materials. The filling can be frozen overnight before use. The bought filling will not freeze into a ball. Only the ones you make yourself that have a large amount of liquid and are thinner will solidify. I used the bought one today and wrapped it directly.

  2. Pour the pastry ingredients into the kneading bucket. I made 24 pieces. Use a chef's machine to mix the ingredients the fastest.

  6. After the custard filling is rounded, poke a hole in the middle, squeeze in half the height of the liquid filling, and slowly close it. Because it is liquid, the filling will burst easily, so the filling cannot be squeezed in too much. If you make your own liquid filling, you can cool it and harden it before wrapping.
