Black pepper ham and egg sandwich

I really liked the pocket sandwich mold given by Kewpie Company, so I made a black pepper sandwich again.

Prepare the ingredients, thin toast slices, hard-boiled eggs, and wash cucumbers and lettuce.

There is no large ham at home, so I use small ham cut into long strips and thin slices.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices.

Gently slice the eggs without breaking them into pieces.

Tear the lettuce into small florets, wipe off the water, spread it on the toast slices, and squeeze in the black pepper salad dressing.

Place a layer of ham, eggs, and cucumber slices in sequence.

Squeeze on the salad dressing, spread a small piece of lettuce leaf, and cover with another piece of toast.

Place the ingredients as centered as possible. Use a pocket sandwich mold to press down on the sandwich and remove the cut edges of the toast.

This completes a pocket sandwich.

Of course, you can also cut it diagonally into triangles, as you like.
